Old trashed Avarcas

I've worn my Avarcas nearly daily for over a year now and the leather has completely stretched out and my backstraps fall down constantly, especially my left one. I'm forever trying to pull them up or walking in them like a mule. I have a black leather pair coming in the mail to replace them, but should I keep wearing these?
