I think they just get the camera low and hope the wind blows the skirt out! Having said that, I don't personally agree with it, and wouldn't upload or shoot any upskity vids/pics.

@Fireyfox : right for this one, but you can see in other videos of Upskirt Times he clearly helps the skirt to lift when there is no wind :D After I also agree with you about doing that and about upskirt in general

@Tocsin: Wow, they go to great lengths. In the UK at least, where I am from, this practice is illegal. Street fashion photography isn't, and I think it is fair enough to capture fashion items on public display, be it shoes or hair etc. But unfortunately places like You Tube or xhamster have deleted street fashion videography items through paranoia.
